The Flying Fig Garden Bistro menu is a West Coast take on classic French, Indonesian, Indian and Portuguese dishes prepared outdoors on open fires, woks and a wood oven.
The nostalgic yet innovative menu of the Flying Fig Garden Bistro is inspired by owner and executive chef Don Albert's extensive travels and his first Voyager hotel in Bali. The flavours reflect the ongoing influence of the Spice Trade on local and global cuisine.
From Mauritian curries to Coc-au-Vin and Bouillabaisse, and Mie-Goreng to Beef Rendang, Steak Diane and our amazing pizzas we bring hearty, fun flavoursome food back to the future.

Our traditional hotel menu includes west-coast specialities, boerekos, Cape Malay and retro hotel inspired dishes. We do a wide range of breakfasts and a fabulous afternoon tea on Wednesdays and Thursdays too. We also cater to vegan, vegetarian and special diets on demand. Booking recommended.
