Terms & Conditions
Pricing
All prices shown are per room, per night (unless otherwise stated). Prices are subject to change without notice. However, your price is guaranteed once you receive a booking confirmation. Prices do not include any incidental charges, which you may incur during your stay (including, for example bar and mini-bar facilities, restaurant bills and any damage to the property of Voyager). Such charges will be payable by you on your departure and, if you fail to pay any such incidental charges, it is a condition of your contract with us that you irrevocably authorise us to debit your credit or debit card for the amount of any shortfall. The prices shown here are not valid in conjunction with any other offer and, until you have received your confirmation number, may be subject to change.
Children
Children between the age of 3 and 7 can stay free of charge, when sharing a room with two paying adults. This means three in a bed as we do not have additional beds. If parents have more than one child between the ages of 3~7 we recommend booking two rooms with one adult in each. Regret no children under 3 years of age.
Pets
We are able to accommodate domestic animals at R300 per night, given prior notice. We do charge a R1000 deposit which is fully refunded on departure subject to there being no soiling or damage caused. Please contact us directly for details. We will not admit pets for which accommodations have not been made in advance.
Car parking
Secure parking for four normal sized guest cars in total is available on site. One car per guest room.
Smoking
Please note that all rooms are non-smoking, and smoking on the property is limited to tobacco only, in certain outdoor areas.
Alcohol & Narcotics
We have a strict No Drugs policy. Should suspicion arise, we reserve the right to search the rooms. In the event that narcotics are discovered, you will be immediately reported to the police and will be asked to leave, and will be barred from the hotel and charged for the full booking. Only alcohol purchased on the premises may be consumed on the premises.
Check-in/Check-out
Booked and paid for hotel rooms are available from 14h00 on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 10h00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise sanctioned at the discretion of the manager.
Yoga, Spa, Hiking & Wine Tasting
Beginner and Intermediate Yoga sessions are available from co-owner Yogi Reece Green. We can arrange a range of health and beauty activities to be performed either on the pool terrace, in your room or off-site at a nearby spa within walking distance. For a list of such treatments, please see your in-room menu. Payment for any treatments can be made directly to the service provider. Age restrictions may apply to certain treatments, and details of these are available in the room menu. Day-Trip concierge and Tour guides on request.
Deposits and Pre-Payments
Pre-Bookings for rooms will require a 50% deposit for the full stay via Credit Card, PayPal or EFT. We adopt a strict pay before you stay policy and will require you to settle the outstanding balance or/and pay for your full stay before admitting you into your room.
Walk-in Guests
On arrival, you will be asked to produce a valid ID (Passport or National ID card) and valid debit or credit card for us to take authorisation for the full amount of your board. If you are settling your account in cash, you will be asked for the full amount plus an additional deposit of R1000. We accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We accept South African Rands, Euros or United States Dollars.
Cancellations & Amendments
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
Whilst every effort is made to fulfil any particular requests which you may have in relation to your stay with us, we cannot, unfortunately, guarantee that we will be able to meet any particular requests which you may make and our failure in this regard will not constitute a breach of contract.
